RoA: PW ability not counted [Can’t reproduce]

Played the top node of Rise of Adventure, had 2/3 PW abilities activated, enemy at 8 hp. Played with Bolas God Pharao (lvl 60). Activated his third ability to fulfill the requirement and kill Greg off. It did kill him off, but the activation did not count.
