Add a "Claim All" button for all stores and vaults

I've now wasted 14,000 HP on DDP vaults trying to claim all my hoarded tokens and during the rapid-clicking accidentally hitting the "buy a 40-pk" button because the *tinykitty* vault has no "claim all".

Suggestions:

1. Add a "claim all" to all vaults and stores.  If I have more than 1 token, I shouldn't have to tap the button 200+ times.

OR

2. Blank-out the other buttons if I have tokens.  Kind of like how I can't buy a token if I already have one stored in that type.  Just make it across the board.  If I have 1 of any kind (1x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 80x, etc...), I have to spend that/those first before I can purchase more tokens.
