Stop punishing long term players, and those who pay you

My suggestion (see subject).

* When you level up covers, you get far harder draws in events than if you have lower level cards. "punishing me for leveling cards."
* The game is easiest to play by not leveling up covers. get a few of the best covers to level 50, then save ISO while you win events and build up ****/***. "punishing me for leveling up cards."
* If you play hard in raid events, the levels increase. if you dont, the points increase, allowing late blast of points on low level enemies. "punishing me for playing."
* I bought coins to get spiderman covers 2 weeks ago, and the response when I requested a refund on coins due to the gutting of what I spent money on was that I could sell the covers for ISO. "punishing me for paying you."

These game play mechanics are the opposite of what one would expect, make it fun to play, and rewarding to pay is far more what I would expect. That is how you don't have customers seek mitigation from google to get refunds, and have long term players quit your game.
