quick question

I got my dad hooked on this game and he is trying to join my alliance but is having some problems. Is it not possible for steam users to join a phone alliance?? Want to get this variable outta the way before I pursue what else could be the problem. Thanks in advance!!

What do you mean he's having problems? Like, what's happening? Can he not see/find the alliance, or is there just no join button?

Most reasonable reason is that your alliance is full.

You need to tell the whole story if you want us to help him and you. Like how many slot does your alliance have? if you have 13 slot and have 13 member then no one can join until someone open the next slot. If you are 20/20 then he cant join unless someone leave or get kick.
