Stop "Auto recruiting" 1 stars just because I have spare roster slots

I have been playing many years have 220+ characters and do not want to recruit one stars I don't want. This only happens with One star covers and if I do not have the char. I brought roster slots for the few 4 and 5 star covers I do not have. Every time you auto recruit a One star I have to go through about 5 screens just to sell it and get the much-needed ISO back again.
One solution would be to make this functionality a "toggle" option via the settings
