Changelings in search results

One of the players in chat noticed that when searching the cards in-game by "Shapeshifter", Changeling cards also show up in search results. It's pretty logical since in paper Changelings are Shapeshifters with Changeling ability.
The thing that still confused me was that Changeling cards don't actually have a Shapeshifter word mentioned anywhere on the card, not even in the "Changeling" evergreen description, yet they appear in search results. So, I got curious if they would show up when searching other creature types.
To my surprise, when I searched for Angels, Changeling were there too.
To my further surprise, Changelings wouldn't appear for any other creature type search.
Basically, Changelings would show up when searching for Changeling, Shapeshifter, Angel creature types, or any keywords on the cards, obviously.
Considering that Bloodline Pretender interacts with Angel, Demon, Dwarf, Elf, Human and Giant creature types, I would expect Changelings to show up when searching these types at least. Having only Angels doesn't make sense. Did the team start adding creature types in Changeling code, got distracted and never got back to it?
Just in case, I checked if Changeling will still have the other creature subtypes in battle and Masked Vandal did get Double Strike from Calamity Bearer. So, why wouldn't Masked Vandal (or some other Changelings) show up when searching for Giants?

    Changeling
For funsies, search for 'destroyed' and check out how the Foretell cards show up even though destroyed isn't even present in the Foretell pop-over info text (see ‘destroyed’ search result below; vigilance doesn't contain 'destroyed' in it, either).

My guess is that the Foretell token, which contains 'destroyed' in the text, is somehow coded into the card even though we cannot see it.

    Oh, those sneaky angels...
I had a similar situation when searching "can't gain life" (building a deck against Curious Pair in FoE), and Doomskar Oracle popped up. His text has "gain life" but no "can't". I guess Foretold reminder text also has "can't be reinforced" or smth like that coded into it, but it doesn't show. Probably "destroyed" and "can't be reinforced" are coded into the token, gotta check it later.
