Please show the total value of special tiles in the steam version

I've been playing for just over 3 years on the Android version and 200 ish days on the Steam version.
D3 seem to be focusing on new characters with special tile creation in their kits (strike, protect, attack tiles).
My question is, why can I see the total value of each teams special tiles by tapping on one in the Android version, and not in the Steam version? Seeing as both games are the same version, they should have the same gameplay features.
