Use the new character filtering interface when looking at other players' rosters

The new character filters are great, but when you look at another players' roster (ex. from the Alliance screen, viewing ranks in events, etc...), it still uses the old interface that only shows them 3-wide and sorted by level.  I was trying to help some of my lower-level alliance members with suggestions for the Puzzle event, but searching their rosters to see if they had certain characters was a nightmare.

Can we please update these views to use the new interface as well (with filters and sorting options)?
