New to VIP

I'm new to vip!
Currently I'm VIP 3 and so far it's been extremely  consistent , with  every  monday at about noon getting the vip rewards. It's been 10 days in and I haven't received the 7 day rewards. Is this normal for the vip rewards to be late? or is it structured differently than I think and with Feb being a short month it messed up the renewal??

just looking for clarification or should I submit a ticket?

    You are not the first to have reported this problem. I would recommend that you file a ticket ASAP. 

     I was a VIP and when this happened, I didn’t get the things I was missing before contacting support.

    I have noticed two problems with VIPs.

    1) ingame mailbox seems to be bugged. Restart your app and check it again. (same problem with recieved pack from purchases) 

    2) timer of ending VIP shows wrong time to leave (may be because Feb had 28 days and not 30 as rest of months in year)

    Last month there was a lot of misunderstanding about the VIP Calendar because February had 28 days.
    In this case (also whenever you have any VIP issues) please get in contact with Customer Support filling a ticket. They will be super happy to help you!

    thanks! I plan on VIPin all year. I sent in a ticket and they resolved it within a few hours.  Great work

    I'd like to send a ticket to in-game support regarding my "not received VIP subscription items", but I still have at least two problems they seem to be struggling with for a week or two now...
    Any advice on that?
