Soft lock on a S21 galaxy

I have a new S21 galaxy and when I try to use a PW 3rd loyalty, the game soft locks. I'm unable to press any other buttons and they don't respond. I'm forced to back out of the match.

    This is no longer happening. The problem I believe is when a new phone is purchased and the standard procedure is to transfer apps over from one phone to another. Because of this the "permission" requirement is bypassed on the new phone and this creates operation problems. The fix is to delete the transferred app and then reload the app. The permissions pop up will trigger and once you give the ok, the app plays just as it should. 👌
