Unable to change target (iHulk/Miles interaction bug)

What: The "switch enemy target" key stopped working (using android)
How: Was fighting a team of Okoye, iHulk, Miles.  Miles used his purple and went invisible.  The AI Okoye made a cascade of matches that did damage to iHulk and died.  He resurrected and was moved to the back.  This put the team order as Okoye in front, then an Invisible Miles Morales in second, and iHulk in back.
The Okoye had 11 team-up tiles, so I wanted to target iHulk (since Miles was invis and not available) so that the TU tiles would bleed away due to Okoye's "Wakanda Forever" power, however the "rotate team" button did nothing.  I tried going to another app and back (closing the retreat screen).  I tried making a move then switching again.  Nothing.
It's as if the game didn't realize that iHulk was back alive and saw Okoye as the only valid target.
