I would like to see Level Capped Tournaments

I would like to see tournaments where the level is capped, rather than limit it to common, uncommon, or rare characters. Prizes being ISO and Hero Points. Perhaps when a new 2* card comes out, have a tournament capped at 50 so that all players can truly compete. It would be interesting to see what sort of lineups are created when everyone is on equal footing. When a new 3* card comes out, have a tournament capped at 85 (or 50 if it works out really well).
