Damage boosting powers have seemingly random exceptions

Okoye's Wakanda Forever damage boost, and Apocalypse's Shared Strength damage boost both have seemingly random or by-design-yet-not-notated exceptions.  Consider the following:

- 4* Juggernaut Collateral is a passive power which deals team damage triggered by match that DOES NOT receive damage boost by these powers.
- 4* Polaris Electromagnetic Resonance is a passive power which deals damage triggered by match of SAP tile that DOES receive damage boost by these powers.
- 4* Polaris Particle Accelerator is a passive power which deals damage triggered each turn by board conditions that DOES receive damage boost by these powers.
- 5* Immortal Hulk The Green Door is a passive power that deals team damage and destroys tiles triggered each turn by board conditions that DOES receive damage boost by these powers.
- 4* Silk All Wrapped Up is a passive power that deals damage and destroys web tiles triggered each turn by board conditions that DOES NOT receive damage boost by these powers ( or is being reported by some forum prayers that it DOES receive damage boost if all destroyed web tiles are fortified and therefore not actually destroyed )

Additionally, when strike tiles are on the board, it appears that both strike tile damage increases and damage boost power increases are not both being accounted for.

If the above is not working as intended, there are damage boost bugs.

If the above is working as intended, there is no indication in the game for players to expect this behavior of why damage boost powers will or will not interact with such similar powers.  Additional descriptions to damage boost powers or designed-non-boostable powers that indicate these exceptions would remedy this issue.
