standard packs same in lightning and new heroes area?

do the standard packs under the "lightning offer" and "new heroes" page contain the same characters and same chance for characters? they both cost 500 and look the same but dont have the iso to experiment with this on my own icon_razz.gif

    Standard tokens work in either one, so I presume they are the same.

    I pulled a moonstone and Iron Man Model 40 from the lightning round packs. This leads me to believe they are the same.

    Plus the tokens you get in the lightening rounds work in either. I think they are the same too.
