Daxos vs. Kalemne rewards [Can’t reproduce]

If memory serves, there were supposed to be packs to be gained as final rewards in the event. I got the crystals and whatnot, but no packs. This happens every now and then in random events, but this is the first time I consider the packs I didn't receive to be important enough to complain about it. Or in other words, not the run of the mill packs I'm likely to get 30 - 50 expect shards from.
I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy J3 if that helps, and I played on Kalemne's side.
