Quest Journal quests don't refresh [Investigating]

I have a countdown that just resets every day in the afternoon like clockwork, but no new quests come up.  The other two slots say completed and have for days now.

I am having the same issue as Janen. The system worked fine for the completion of the first 3 quest lines, but since then I have had 2 "completed" quests and the top one sits with a countdown timer that just resets without a replacement.

I like the new idea, definitely made me retool decks and play with stuff I haven't in a while....

Thanks in advance for any help.

So do I. The feedback on my ticket is the devs are investigating how this is occurring. So consider making a ticket, so the devs get more data to work with.

    Hi everyone,

Sorry about the delay in coming here.
Thank you so much for the reports.
Our team has been working on this issue since last Friday when we had the first cases and we are hoping to fix this as soon as possible.
If you have any extra details to provide such as what you were doing in the time around the "Next Quest" time out, we would appreciate it.
In case you do have more details to provide, send me via PM ou through a ticket informing your UID as well.
(Never inform your UID on any Forum page.)

    Thank you for your patience,

If you want new quests DONT be logged in when the timer hits zero.  Be logged out and your fine

@soultwist - agreed that is a solid method.

Does that mean, that this issue didn't occur during the "test phase", while the quest journals have been available for VIP players only?!

If no, why does it occur right now and kinda "out of a sudden", when everything worked fine during the test phase?

If yes, why hasn't it been fixed before this feature was released for all players?

That aside, it's sad enough that a game feature that took about a year from "being announced" to "released finally" comes along with such sort of issues at all.. :pensive:
