    Contact D3P direct and inform them you wish to spend thousands more. Give them a few seconds to clean the goop from their pants and you will soon be on first name terms with them.

    The guy said he can't do anything to square this up.

    They are tied to the payment platforms, and there is nothing to circumvent the system. He contacted the dev team so they can tell him if I can move to an iOS platform instead since there is no link possible between Steam and mobile platforms.

    That's the scary aspects of dealing with powerful companies such as Google or Microsoft... You lose your rights and freedom.

    If you link your MPQ account to FB, you can use the same MPQ account on any number of mobile devices as long as they're all linked to the same FB account. Thus, if you're so inclined, you can get an iPad/iPad mini, link it to your MPQ FB account, then play and (I think) use iTunes money on your iPad, while being able to seamlessly switch to your phone when you want to use cellular data.

    This seems like a good solution if you were interested in getting an ipad. Make your purchases through ios interface and still be able to use your phone when on the go.

    I play on ipad. I much prefer it to my phone which i used for like 5 minutea when i first started and i have a giant samsung note. I can't imagine how you guys can play on puny little phones.

    It is pretty ironic with all the cash grab moves that people are calling out as missteps that they can't even grab cash properly.

    Who's cash grabbing? This is an issue with Google and their lack of customer support. There really isn't anything for D3 to do.

    I almost added an addendum that I knew it was google not d3 etc, but then I thought nobody could be thick enough to think i was being serious... forgot this was the internet.
