When will be Thorg be in favorites? Is it next pvp season or during this season?

It's always at the start of the PVP season. A character's release cycle (all the events featuring the new character shards/covers in progression/placement rewards) has to finish, then the off season (the two events between PVP seasons) takes place, then the character rotates into tokens at the start of the next season. Throg's PVP event (part of his release cycle) was actually part of the last off season, so he was just on the wrong side of the cut-off point, and didn't join tokens THIS season.
So it'll be a couple of weeks. You can see when the season ends, on a Sunday (like always). Throg will enter tokens (and be selectable as a favorite) the following Thursday.6
