New Ashiok's 2nd loyalty doesn't work [Can’t reproduce]

The new Ashiok's 2nd loyalty doesn't work.  When used, the pop up appears to choose which card you want to steal from the opponent's graveyard... except it is blank. Cards were comfirmed to be in the opponent's graveyard. I'm forced to choose,  [not now]. 
I've an Android S9 Samsung galaxy. 
Was playing against Garruk 3.
