Will this PW ever be up for purchase? Have i been missing it? It seems like a long time since i have seen this PW available.

It is part of ZvE duel decks and is only available to purchase when the event is taking place and for a limited time after. Similar to Daxos, Kalemne and Nissa WW.

these walkers are not included in the pw sales historically.

BUT to be honest you are missing nothing by not having him (except for not having him of course that is)

No, we don't know the schedule, if there even is one. Best you are going to get is the weekly sneek peaks of up coming events.

The only know use for the eldrazi is keeping him at level 1 to bait out a lvl 1 opponent and then switch to a level 60.

I keep him at level 1 to meet less than 50hp goals.
