Critical issue: Update causes error message upon loading

I updated and now upon opening the app and it loads, I have a pop up and it says

"Error


Something went wrong ...


[retry         >]"


When I retry it says "Loading Quest System"

then the same pop-up comes back up. 

I have tried rebooting my phone.

 I also tried force stopping the app.

and I have deleted and reloaded the app and nothing works

I have and android Samsung 9.
