Menace! - Green (10 AP)


Costumed vigilantes and villains are a menace to the city and J. Jonah Jameson is out to prove it. Places a 3 turn Countdown tile on the board targeting the enemy. While this tile is on the board, enemy matches create a strength 20 Attack tile. If the match was in the enemy’s strongest colour, increases the strength by 30.


(Passive) When an enemy fires a power, stuns the enemy for 1 round and reduces the enemy’s AP in that colour by 3. 


Level 2 - Enemy matches create a strength 30 Attack tile and Strike tile. 

Level 3 - When an enemy fires a power, stuns the enemy team for 1 round and reduces the enemy’s AP in that colour by 4.

Level 4 - Enemy matches create a strength 40 Attack tile, Strike tile and Protect tile. 

Level 5 - When an enemy fires a power, stuns the enemy team for 2 rounds and reduces the enemy’s AP in that colour by 5.


Power of the Press - Blue (7 AP)


J. Jonah Jameson believes in the power of the press. Converts all tiles in the enemy’s strongest colour into the enemy’s weakest colour. 


(Passive) Friendly matches deal additional 50 damage for each enemy AP in the colour matched. 


Level 2 - Also reduces the strength of enemy special tiles by 30. 

Level 3 - Friendly matches deal additional 75 damage for each enemy AP in the colour matched.

Level 4 - Also reduces the enemy’s highest AP levels to 0

Level 5 - Friendly matches deal additional 90 damage for each enemy AP in the colour matched. Improves all friendly tiles by 30.

J. Jonah Jameson knows that the pen is mightier than the sword. The proof? The Daily Bugle. Friendly matches in the team’s weakest colour generate an additional AP and converts a random tile into a friendly tile of strength 20.


Level 2 - Friendly matches in the team’s weakest colour generate an additional AP and converts a random tile into a friendly tile of strength 30.

Level 3 - Friendly matches in the team’s weakest colour also convert a random tile into a critical tile.

Level 4 - Friendly matches in the team’s weakest colour generate two additional AP and converts a random tile into a friendly tile of strength 40.

Level 5 - Friendly matches in the team’s weakest colour also improve the strength of all friendly tiles by 30.
