Face the Hydra event access issues

I'm trying to join the event Face the Hydra but after paying the entrance fee the event shows that I haven't paid. The crystals are removed from my account but that's all I get.

I tried several times, before and after the event started. I tried to reboot the phone and the app each time. The last time I tried, I reinstalled the game but the result is the same... Crystals gone and no access to the event.

Is anyone having the same issue?

You can open it through the game, on "Settings" -> "Help Center"
