I been having some fun with Otrimi and Vengevine together in a deck with some ability to dump cards into the GY. Never faced it though, but I could imagine what it would look like from across the table... :o
    *takes notes*

I have these cards and I have not considered combining these two... but holy moly can I envision the damage  :o

Yeah, I've been drooling for a chance to combo those cards at some point.  Kinda unfortunate for me that Vengevine was the LAST new card I needed from the set.  Reminds me of the frustration of fishing for Lightning Runner from Kaladesh back when booster crafting was not a thing)...

That's funny, cause Lightning Runner was my only salvation back then. Pretty much all the other decent Mythics evaded me for a very long time.
Back on topic, do you have Black Nissa? Use Otrimi in a deck with Konrad the GY filler, and Gather the Pack for plenty of fun, especially once you pop her 3rd ability. Vengevine helps, but ultimately isn't required... ;)

Konrad's too high-mana-curve for my tastes - you just build a Lurrus deck with some cheap stuff like Venomous Hierophant, Excavation Mole, and it's incredibly easy to make Nissa's 3rd ability go infinite. Just need 10 black gems on the board and you drop creatures on the board until you finally tell the loop timer you want to stop. Doesn't require any mythics or masterpieces...tbh doesn't really even require Lurrus, you could sub in Mire Triton or maybe Skull Prophet and it might have the dubious distinction of being the only standard-legal pauper deck that can go infinite.

Not to say that Vengevine isn't scary - it definitely is! But Nissa doesn't need all those fancy high-rarity creatures to be terrifying...
