Throne of makindi only triggering a few times [Fix in 4.7]

I played a loop deck with nissa worlwaker (PW) and a deck of:
Phylath
Turntimer symbiosis
Yasharn
Song o creation
Throne o makindi
Reclaim the wastes
Skyclave relic
Inscriptiion o abundance
castle garenbrig animist awakening

After a few kicker cards played makindi just doesnt converting gems and it should always convert 3.....
