Song of Creation Resourceful Inactive [Can’t reproduce]

The Resourceful effect should be able to happen up to 5 times on both your turn and on the opponent's turn if you happen to draw cards during both turns, but both turns seem to be combined to where if I draw 5 cards on my opponent's turn, and recieve the resourcefulness there, I won't recieve any of the resourcefulness on my own following turn. Or if I draw 3 cards on my opponent's turn, I will get the resourcefulness 3 times there, but then when my turn comes around, I will only get the remainder 2 resourcefulness leftover from the total 5 that started during my opponent's turn. That's not how resourceful is supposed to work. All 5 opportunities for resourcefulness should work on both my turn and then separately the opponents turn (according to the text). I believe even Joreal Mwonvuli's resourcefulness is broken in the same way, to where drawing 2 cards beyond the first on your opponents turn will give 2 cat tokens, but come my turn if I happen to draw 3 cards beyond the first which should trigger the full effects of Joreal's resourcefulness ability, I'll get one more cat token (the remainder of the 3 spread across both my opponent's and my own turn). I should get 3 cat tokens for drawing 3 extra cards on both mine and my opponent's turns, but it's broken.
