Lost a Reward.

I just hit the 1000 point marker in the S.H.I.E.L.D. training simulator but the game apparently applied a patch after I finished my last combat so it sent me back to title screen and when I went back in I wasn't awarded the 100 HP for breaking a 1000. Even played another random match in hopes of triggering the award and still nothing.

I submitted a ticket through the game itself but was wondering if there is anything else I should do. Since I don't think my last ticket was ever responded to.

    write an E-Mail, these ingame tickets have a tendency to get lost, but in my experience, E-Mails always get responded to
