Kaervek and Murder Investigation infinite loop [Investigating]

Kaervek, the Spiteful and Murder Investigation will cause an infinite loop when any creature dies.

Cause: Creature dies while Kaervek, the Spiteful and Murder Investigation are in play.

Effect: Murder Investigation summons a token, which is destroyed by Kaervek, the Spiteful's triggered ability which triggers Murder Investigation, and so on.

It bypasses loop prevention causing an instant loss due to having to force quit a match.

    This loop can be stopped by the loop prevention system.

    Even though I kind of like loops used in the game, I think "this effect can trigger up to 3 times per turn" being applied to Murder Investigation would solve the problem without hurting Kaervek. Technically there are only 3 creature slots anyways so going beyond the effect triggering more than 3 times per turn from 3 creatures dying, would seem loopy. This levels it out.
