Wrong Puzzle Quest account linked to Steam Account

I cannot access my main account. Another Marvel Puzzle quest account (from a different Steam account) is linked to my Steam account. Basically one Marvel Puzzle Quest account is linked to two different Steam accounts. Both accounts are used on one PC and both had different Marvel Puzzle Quest accounts. It worked fine, as per the cloud update (R48 - separate Steam accounts for separate Puzzle Quest accounts), but something went wrong. I cannot access my account. It has been almost a month since this issue and I haven't heard anything in weeks. What do I need to do to get access to my account?

    Have you tried contacting D3 through the in game link. My son's account on steam got reset to nothing and they were able to recover it for him.

    Yes, I did that first. Haven't heard anything from them in weeks.
