Alliance members are changing often. As a commander when a newcomer arrive then I need to repeat alliance rules too often, which is bugging the old members but important for the new ones. I like to have a comment/quote field on alliance "managing" screen.
This game is still great, we had lots of enhancements through the years, but alliance options still the same.
