40x token cost for current pvp event should be less

Shouldn't the current pvp, especially if the rewards are based on older characters like Psylocke be cheaper and not cost 15800 hp?   I think it should be cheaper than 11200, perhaps around 9800 as well.  The game has been out for so long, there should be reductions on packs like this.
