CotT: Blade vs. Medusa

Blade is one of my highest-level four stars, and even so it was a really close fight. Medusa had the uncanny foresight to slurp down all of the red for herself, leaving me with almost none for the duration of the match. In addition, I only managed to get *one* strike tile out, and Medusa matched it on the next turn. She also made a good show of matching her own countdown tile, so Blade got chomped up pretty good. Medusa can put out a surprising amount of damage every turn, and it's no mystery she's still considered a top-tier 4-star. I finally got enough green to double cast it, and did so on the turn before she would have taken me out with her attack tiles.

    Champed Blade couldn't believe his luck as a red Match-5 greeted him on turn one that cascaded into enough red for his passive to start chomping on Medusa straight away. It was over before she could so much as brush her hair.
