Underworld Coinsmith Infinite Loop [Investigating]

I have an issue with an endless loop caused by Underworld Coinsmith if each player have one on the battlefield. The abiity that deals damage to the opponent when the controller takes damage start to trigger indefinetely untill the first player runs out of HP, wich I consider pretty unfair, not to say boring - I either have to wait for the HP to run out (wich can take a while both player have more than 100 HP) or forfeit the battle.
I'm not sure what can be done, but I would like to see it fixed somehow... maybe restricting it to activate only once for each source of damage each round?

This is also true with razia and works as designed.
It is also not infinite.0 -
