Where to find content of Special Offers

I know this will not affect most but i find it to be a problem.
When I follow through on a Special Offer I can't find any detail anywhere post transaction of the offer or the details.
I do get an e-mail receipt but last one just says Special offer.
the problem is I now have no record of what I was supposed to receive.
Is there a special location or way to find an itemized receipt?
