Teferi’s 3rd ability bug: stops working sometimes [Can’t reproduce]

Hi there!

ive noticed that Teferi’s Master of Time loyalty ability seems to be bugging.  Often, after the support gem has lost one or more shields, the two extra swaps ability stops triggering even though the gem is still on the board...

    • A screenshot of the battle log?

    • The Planeswalker you were using and its level.

    • Which Event and Node.

    • All cards in the deck and possible interactions that might have happened.

    Absolutely bizarre that you can't reproduce this bug. Literally every time I play with Teferi, Master of Time, his 'Master of Time' support stops producing extra swaps (although I think it continues to give mana with it's 'Resourceful' triggered ability)

    Some notes and ideas:

    • Sometimes it takes a couple of turns for the swaps to stop working. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Oktagon played the third ability, made exactly one swap to see if they gained extra swaps, and then quit the game and labelled this bug [Can't reproduce]. TBH it also wouldn't surprise me to learn that Oktagon didn't test it at all.

    • I don't play with Teferi Master of Time a lot (of course I don't because this ability is broken!) but when I do I play with decks that use a lot of lands, so perhaps the problem is caused by matches that are created by swaps from converting gems at the start of my turn?

    Here's the deck I was playing with today when I encountered the bug, one of my regular TeferiMOT decks:

    • Urza, Lord High Artificer
    • Glasspool Mimic
    • Blue Sun's Zenith
    • River's Rebuke
    • Silundi Vision
    • Stern Dismissal

    so I know i have tested this multiple times, its inconsistent,
