Designing a new power: summoning TU

So I dont have okoye well covered and I almost never waste TU covers. That inspired me a new power for a new character.
Summon TU: X AP or thriggered by a passive: this character changes the first TU cover selected for one of his own until the end of battle.
TU new cover: X TU, does X thing.
I think this could be a funny feature, giving more value to collecting TU and more value to characters such as northstar or marvel 2*.
And the new TU cover could be whatever without fearing being an OP power, surely.
