Am I the only one who hasnt had a problem with customer service on this forum? Ive contacted them about several issues and have gotten positive effects each time. A couple of times I did get a could you screenshot this for me before they could help but they did help. Am I really the only lucky one on the forum who has encountered the people that care about the customer?

    I've emailed a handful of times and they have always been very helpful.

    They've always been helpful for me too. Gave me back a card I deleted on accident. Gave me some tokens I didn't get from an event.

    The only thing they didn't fix was last event the servers went out. I played that night, got no points, saw ice say the points would show eventually but they never did for me. I got the generic "the outages affect everyone. My bad big dawg" but whatever, can't win'em all
