Not getting any points

So I have been playing in the heavy metal tournament and I just noticed that I didn't get any points. I restarted the app and still nothing...

Does anyone else have this problem

I only noticed it when when after finishing several fights, my score showed 245 after the fight but still 205 with the ranking. Did another fight and it showed 241 after and still 205 with the ranking.

Moved onto Prodigal Son. Points do not show up there either.

Just want to note this isn't affecting everyone, and is giving those with working access an edge. My access was down for a while, but when it came back I have been able to get points playing prodigal sun.

Points don't show in any of the events. I lost a ton of points before I noticed what was going on. This really sucks!

Edit: So far it looks like a force quit and restart is working.

Same here, points not accruing at all, yet still I can have my team be wiped out and have to use health packs on these stages that don't count!


EDIT: On advice of EvilSonGokufrom the Episode/Mission thread, force-quitting the app and restarting fixed this issue for me...

My OH is getting this, and I'm not - I recommend everyone drop support a line, whenever they get around to doing something about it, they may well try to compensate you for the loss.

Dream on. They never compensate for anything.
Oh how I wish I lived in the same town as the devs, so that I could shake their hands and thank them personally for such a well implemented game...

Rant aside, yes, sending emails to customer support is the only effective communication we have, so please use it extensively. At least until they cut that off, too.

They've given people missed rewards before, including, I believe, giving them on top of the rewards they got by mistake.

Anyway, this morning, this is happening to me. Annoying.

Won several matches, the first screen seems to be updating properly but the second screen does not

Same thing is happening for me. Checking the alliance leaderboard and looking at my contribution to my alliance shows the correct, higher score where the regular individual one shows the lower, non-updating one.

But I am seeing scores updated at a very delayed pace on the leaderboard, it's like a 30 minute lag
