Okoye + Apocalypse Team Up interaction bug

Generally speaking, Wakanda Forever! doesn't add additional damage to Team Up powers when you use them, though Apocalypse's Shared Strength repeater tiles DO add their damage bonus. When using both Apocalypse and Okoye on a team, their damage enhancers stack on active character powers, but Team Up powers receive no benefit from the Shared Strength. My guess is whatever is going on with Wakanda Forever! is a hard override on adding bonus damage to Team Up abilities, but it feels like a bug.
