Id like to see that officers would have a bigger role in alliance becouse maneging recrutment would be way easier if officers could also reject People and not only accept them and also kick People who arent officers

I agree about the ability to kick non-officers.  Our Leader has been difficult to get a hold of and we have quite a few members that have not played in over 100 days.  Active members have been clamoring to kick non-active members so that new members can be recruited, but with an absentee leader cleaning out the roster is impossible.
