Do BFZ Packs Ever Show Up In the Vault (the gold crystal 1/3/5 packs)???

I have been looking to get more BFZ cards, as the majority of my missing common/uncommon Legacy cards are from that set.  I don’t have enough orbs to craft them all, and would prefer to save those for rare/mythic anyway.

I KNOW it hasn’t been in the vault for at least a couple of months.  I’ve been tracking what Legacy packs appear in the Vault since the beginning of July.  All other sets have been available but BFZ.  Does this one just never come in?
