Chandra's Incinerator doesnt make the connection with Chandra Awakened Inferno's 3rd ability.[Fixed]

The Incinerator doesn't gain mana from the noncombat damage dealt by the PW's 3rd ability, nor does the Incinerator's ability work to deal damage to a creature when the noncombat damage from the PW's 3rd ability hits the opponent.
