Stasis Snare, Gideon’s Defeat and Settle the Wreckage [Fixed]

When StW is on the board (only 1 opposing creature on the board) and stasis snare is cast using flash, StW still activates and fizzles even though it wasn’t used. 

This is also the case if Gideons Defeat is in the board, they both (StW and GD) activate and fizzle out when a single creature attacks. 
There are so many issues with StW at this point...
