Niambia esteemed speaker [Fixed]

So I noticed niambia esteemed speakers, enter the battlefield effect is inconsistent. When I cast the card through normal means there's a 50/50 chance the etb effect will trigger. But so far cards like quasiduplicate and chord of calling have a 90% of not setting of her etb effect either. Wich is odd as in battle logs there classed as "cast" so should be activiting the effect all the time. Only card I can say has had 100% success is errier Ultimatum
