Chandra's Incinerator cost not being reduced [Fixed]

Chandra's Incinerator ability says that when I deal noncombat damage to my opponent's Planeswaker this card's cost is reduced by the amount of damage dealt that way.

Chandra, Hart of Fire's first ability deals noncombat damage to any target including my opponent's Planeswaker. However if I deal that 5 damage directly to the Planeswaker and I have Chandra's Incinerator in my hand, its cost is not being reduced by 5 as it should.
