Suggestion: Make Legacy "Bonus Rare Card" Non-Dupe

For legacy events that give out a Bonus Rare Card, like Emrakul's Corruption, why not make the pack give a non-dupe rare?  It would provide a small boost to newer players who weren't around for these older sets, and make some of these older events (especially ones with small prize pools) worth grinding.  Plus, I don't think the game economy will be much affected by giving an Innistrad rare every couple of weeks.
