Headquarters/ Lair turrets not firing

Anyone having an issue with the turrets on their headquarters not firing, even when the opponent isn’t using Scarlet or Zartan? I haven’t seen those turrets work yet......

    Thanks for reaching out to us.  The HQ doesn't shoot until you attack it in battle.  If HQ continues to not attack after firing at it, please share this with our customer support team at gijoesupport@d3go.com and someone from the team can investigate further.  Thanks!

    I have been in contact with customer support. I don’t think they know how to fix the problem, I seem to be the only player experiencing this issue

    I'm the same mate. My base guns have never worked .
    I've reported it but nothing has been fixed.
