The Eternal Travel /Journey event and other issues [Couldn't Reproduce]

Hi folks,

I'm facing some issues during this weekend's event.

1). Razia is not working. Though this challenge prevents her from blocking, she still has a triggered ability. Whenever I get damage, opponent should get damage equal to her power.
She can't block, she's not disabled, and this ability should trigger!
Also, she doesn't lose her "prevents all damage done to her" after receiving damage.

2). Etrata attacks don't trigger the exile opponents creature, damage to opponent and disabling her for one turn.

3). Exquisite firecraft does nothing! Opponent should discard first and last cards fromhand, but it's not working.

All of this combined completely screwed my strategy. I was using the older Nicol Bolas, fromfrom Amonkhet.

This event was so bugged I tried to better understand the rulings. I clicked the information button and got a black screen.I was unable to get back to the match, and had to give up.

Lastly, I've been facing problems to get into the game for the last 3 updates. With the previous 2, I could keep logged through days to avoid having to click hundreds of times onto an issue message about a connection problem.
BUT with this new update it worsened! The first time I tried to log in I had to disconsider that connection message more than 1,000 times! And I have to connect back to the game at least once a day, getting that connection error message hundreds of times on a daily basis.

    there are already lots of reports about abilities not working around here in the forum. you are not alone. a server side update was released to handle this. each major update has its very own issues we have to deal with

    I'm truly sorry about the delay!
    We were not able to reproduce it.
    Could you check if this issue persists? If so, we need some information:

    • UID* (Do NEVER post publicly your UID number on the Forum, sent me via Forum Private Message)

    • What device was used when it happened?

    • Is it related to a specific event (or another specific battle)? Or even another part of the game (when you purchase something, editing deck, entering in any of the screens, when you level up your Planeswalker, etc)?

    • If it is in a battle, a list of all cards in the deck and possible interactions that might have happened.

    • In this case, the more information the player gives to us, the better.
