Chandra's regulator not working properly [Fix in 4.4]

Chandra's regulator used to trigger with red vanguards (including redmulticolored vanguards ). I dont know when it started but it doesnt seem to trigger anymore, at least for multicolored vanguards.

This subtelty turns a marginaly useful mythic into a totally useless card that needs a fix.

I first noticed this not too long after the update. Reported it more than 3 weeks ago, says under investigation.
