Since I just saw that Marvel is going to be publishing a Warhammer 40K comic about him, I couldn't resist:

Master of Macragge: 7 blue
Calgar is a master of both military strategy and civil governance. Select blue, yellow, or red. Turns one random tile to that colour, plus one for every 5 team-up AP you have. After the board settles, turn two blue tiles into [strong] Protect tiles.
Passive: Whenever a friendly power is fired, gain one AP in that power's colour.
More covers make more and stronger Protect tiles. At 5 covers, it converts one extra tile per 4 TU AP.

To the Last Drop of Our Blood: Passive yellow
As the battle becomes more desperate, Calgar grows more determined still, and exhorts his allies to even greater efforts. For every 1% of his health that he has lost in this fight, increase friendly match damage by 1%. If Calgar or any of his allies is below 10% of their maximum health at the start of the turn, give the whole team a burst of [medium] health.
More covers increase the threshold and amount of the burst of health.

Gauntlets of Ultramar: 8 red
Calgar's personal skill in combat pales next to his mental abilities, but is still formidable. Deals [medium] damage to the target and [low] damage to the enemy team.
